At Stancor Tubulars Products Pvt. Ltd., we ensure the highest quality and reliability of our stainless steel products through advanced testing methods. Our comprehensive testing facilities include both destructive and non-destructive testing to meet international standards and customer requirements.
Chemical Testing
Chemical analysis is performed as per applicable codes and standards on ladle and finished products. Testing is carried out through PMI and NABL-approved laboratories to ensure precise material composition.
Hardness Testing
Using Rockwell and Brinell scales on 30T, we measure the surface hardness of materials. This ensures compliance with the specified standards for strength and durability.
Corrosion Testing
To evaluate material susceptibility against corrosion, we perform Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) testing as per standard practices “A”, “B”, “C”, or “E”.
PMI (Positive Material Identification) Testing
PMI testing verifies key alloy elements and provides certified reports. For additional assurance, Mix-up Control tests are performed to prevent material mix-ups and confirm alloy consistency.
NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
We carry out ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing to detect material flaws without causing damage, ensuring reliability and safety.
Mechanical Testing
We conduct a wide range of mechanical tests including Tensile, Hardness, Flaring, Flattening, Reverse Bend, and Reverse Flattening tests. All procedures strictly follow the relevant codes and standards.
Microstructure Testing
Grain size and structural integrity are measured through planimetric (Jeffries) procedures. This method helps verify whether the microstructure aligns with standard comparison charts for consistency.
Impact Testing
Impact tests such as Charpy and Izod are conducted to determine toughness and resistance to sudden shocks or fractures under different conditions.
Inspection | Documentation | Packaging
